Our Mission  

The English Conversation Group was created to provide the best support for people like you who are learning English. There are a lot of different resources and approaches you can use to learn English. Having real conversations is normally considered the most important component as you learn a new language, but many people don't have access to an experienced teacher or a comfortable group where they can practice. The English Conversation Group provides both of these for free. 

About Tim

Tim was a teacher in international schools, for 25 years. He taught English, as well as his other subjects (Business, Economics, Politics, and Philosophy) in 🇧🇭 Bahrain, 🇧🇪 Belgium, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇨🇷 Costa Rica, 🇸🇬 Singapore, 🇹🇭 Thailand and the 🇬🇧 United Kingdom. Since 2020 he has taught online, over Zoom from his home in Canada. His resources are used by over 120,000 people every month. He also does individual tutoring as well as executive coaching for entrepreneurs and corporations.
